It’s always exciting to see the installation of high-quality Deutsche equipment at a brewery, but there is something a little extra special about seeing a groundbreaking and unveiling. Tupps Brewery did not disappoint in January 2022, when they hosted their own ribbon-cutting event, and showcased some of the unbeatable brews coming out of their Deutsche system at their new facility in McKinney, Texas.
There is a lot of chatter happening about Tupps. The facility features taproom and beers-to-go every Wednesday through Sunday, and they have scheduled tours of their pristine brewery as well. What is creating an even bigger buzz, though, is their drive to create a true craft culture at their facility. With monthly events ranging from live music and comedy shows, to yoga, trivia, and even bingo, they are pulling in the masses for great flavors and good fun.
Deutsche Brings the Science
Deutsche was an ideal fit for Tupps Brewery. The founders boast a devotion to the idea that beer making is equal parts science and art. While they heap heavy doses of creativity into their brews, Deutsche was perfectly positioned to offer modern technology, stainless steel, and automation in a science-lab-worthy beer brewing system. We really can’t say it better than Tupps did on their very own website:

Festival of Darkness
If you are going to be in the area, and want to get a real taste for the flavor and flair that is Tupps Brewery, check out their upcoming Festival of Darkness on February 26, 2022, at which they will feature 15 of their best dark beers on tap. VIPs enter at 6:00pm, general admission opens at 7:00, and live music kicks off at 7:30! In addition to a wide selection of dark brews, there will be several food options, including goods from Barley by Rye, Jillibean BBW, High Seas Jerky, and Graham & Mallow.
