Turn Key Rising Film Evaporation
The Rising Film evaporator works by pumping process fluid into the bottom of the evaporator and applying a heating utility to evaporator. As the product fluid rises in the evaporator, the heating creates vapor bubbles that rapidly rising to the top. When these bubbles form, they force the fluid in the evaporator into a film along the heated surface. The vapor and concentrate then travel into a separation cyclone where tangential force separates the remaining fluid from the vapor.
