Turn-Key Bulk Evaporation and Separation

The SKS evaporator is designed for bulk evaporation and separation of liquid solvent from higher boiling liquid or semi-solid substrates. The Surface Kettle Scrapper(SKS) is paired with a solvent condenser receiver, for solvent reclamation and storage. The Solvent Condenser Receiver (SCR) condenses vapor from the SKS evaporator and stores the reclaimed liquid solvent until it can be drained or pumped from the solvent recovery skid. The rotary evap solvent recovery system can also be upgraded to operate in semi-continuous (multi-batch) operation; in this configuration feedstock solution is continuously metered into the SKS and continuously discharged from the SCR. This maintains maximum solvent recovery rates and allows the concentrate volume to build in applications where dilute feedstocks are expected, such as bio-botanical extraction.
