The industry-leading control platform allows intelligent and user-friendly control of all heating, pump, and motor functions. Featuring a combination vessel for the introduction of water and your ingredient bases. Heating is no issue with 3 available configurations that include steam, electric, and indirect fire. The filter canister is the next step in the process that removes any unwanted particulate in pre or post-infusion. An oversized, dual-stage heat exchanger comes standard on all systems for expedited cooling. The infusing occurs in a sanitary pressure-rated vessel with a v-wire removable basket which holds your addition in a contained vessel to prevent oxidation. - Insulated or jacketed mixing tank designed for proper beverage and infusion ingredient blending – Featuring a combination vessel for introduction of water and your ingredient bases
- Multiple agitator options designed for variable speeds and shear levels including optional explosion proof versions for high proof applications
- Optional hot water tank for make up water with electric, steam, or burner fed heating –heating is no issue with 3 available configurations that include steam, electric, and indirect fire
- Heat exchanger for cooling the product down to prep for storage or carbonation – dual-stage heat exchanger comes standard on all systems for expedited cooling
- Premium SPX pumps for fast and efficient water or finished solution transfer
- Optional filtration equipment for quick color remediation or removal of unwanted particulate – filtration removes any unwanted particulate in pre or post-infusion.
- Optional infusion vessel for flavor dosing with solid ingredients that are not intended to be blended in the end product – ie botanicals or fruits
- Optional holding and carbonation tanks – pair your beverage system with conditioning or carbonating tanks for the finished product in preparation for canning or bottling
- Optional homogenizing mixer or pump for ensuring flavor or ingredient suspension – ie purees, solids, or other viscous ingredients
- Flexibility to customize the equipment based on individual requirements, including additional ports, manways, or specialized features
