This cutting-edge system exemplifies innovation with features like a triple-sized HLT (Hot Liquor Tank) and CLT (Cold Liquor Tank), extra pumps for independent boiling and mashing, allowing 4 brews per day, and an automated setup with 70 pneumatic valves enabling operations without manual intervention. Moreover, its dual kettle and external calandria setup facilitate kettle souring alongside regular production brews, ensuring sanitation and efficiency. The Deutsche engineers who designed the system will be at the booth to discuss its unique features and functionalities. Like all of Deustche’s custom solutions, this Brewhouse has been custom-designed to fit specifically into this customer’s space.
